Order Processing
In-stock items generally ship within 2-3 business days. Backordered or out-of-stock items will generally ship within 10 business days. If, in rare instances, an order cannot be shipped within these time frames customers will be notified via email with an estimated ship date, and will have the option to cancel their order if the timing is unsatisfactory.
Delivery Standards
For East Coast orders in the United States and Canada, please allow 3-5 business days after processing for your order to arrive. For West Coast orders, please allow 5-8 business days after processing. International/Overseas orders ship via Canada Post Standard Service and generally take 12-15 business days after processing. (Our apologies: Canada Post is notoriously slow! We continually strive to find alternative shipping options that will shorten international delivery times while keeping costs reasonable.). Expedited service is available to all destinations for an additional charge – please call 416 780-2003 or email for details.
Returns and Exchanges
Unsatisfactory items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund (not including shipping and handling) ONLY when the item in question is in its original, resaleable condition. In the rare instance that a damaged item is shipped, it may be exchanged AT OUR DISCRETION for a replacement of equal value. Worn, washed, or otherwise damaged items may not be exchanged or returned at any time.

Sizing
Children come in many sizes, and so do their clothes. Use our rough sizing guide to determine the most appropriate size. If you are unsure of the child's height and weight, opt for one size larger than their age. Please note that sizing of finished garments may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes.
